As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Aromatherapist, I have always been passionate about maintaining healthy habits in everything we consume, including everyday products we use inside our homes.
I received my health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and my aromatherapy certification from Aroma Educators. I also completed the Aromatherapy Teacher Training Program at the Aromahead Institute and am currently enrolled in their Advanced Graduate Program.
During my health coaching certification, I was introduced to the world of essential oils, and I was immediately fascinated. I enrolled in an aromatherapy certification program and fell in love with the power of pure therapeutic essential oils.
I have been using them to support my own health and wellbeing and that of my family's ever since.
From a desire to live a more holistic lifestyle for myself and my family, I began creating my own line of products due to the harsh chemicals being used in so many of our everyday household items. From the candles we burn, to the hand soaps we wash with, the air fresheners we spray in our homes, and the detergent we use for our laundry, it was clear to me that I needed to create a line of products that would not only be safe, but also pleasant and appealing so people would love using them in their homes as well.
