If you experience an issue with a Blended Wellness product, or if your products arrived damaged due to shipping, please reach out via email to within 5 days of receiving your damaged order. 
Please include your order number, detailed description, and photos in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
All orders that have a missing item(s) or that contain incorrect products must be reported to the company within 10 days of receipt to process a claim. After 14 days have passed delivery, all orders are presumed to be accurate, and no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.
